We (100 Wild Juniper) may cancel (with full refund) orders based on unanticipated circumstances. We will do our best to provide accurate, error-free information, but shall not be held liable for errors, inaccuracies, or website downtime. Use of this website, including any associated purchases, does not release the user from complying with all applicable copyright and trademark laws and regulations. Buyers assume all responsibility for damages resulting from modification of purchased items or from using purchased items in an inappropriate or otherwise unintended manner. Our lamp products are intended for residential use, powered from an undamaged and code compliant electrical outlet which is connected to a code compliant grounded electrical system.
Return and Refund Policy
Buyers have the right to return damaged purchase items for a full refund based on the following: Within 30 days of receipt, the buyer shall notify 100 Wild Juniper via email, include a description of the damage (including photos), and ship the item back to us at buyer’s expense. So long as the damaged item is returned without subsequent damage, a full refund will be provided, including buyer’s shipping costs. In coordination with the buyer, we may also offer to repair and return damaged items at no cost.
